Visit Heim’s Hillcrest Dairy for a farm-inspired obstacle course adventure!

Test your strength, agility, and endurance on this approximately 1.5-mile course featuring authentic farm-themed challenges like feeding calves, flipping tires, moving hoses, carrying gates, and even climbing over hay bales. Designed for all fitness levels, this event promises a fun and memorable experience for everyone—from beginners to seasoned athletes.

After conquering the course, reward yourself with a delicious yogurt bar and take advantage of an optional guided farm tour to discover more about the dairy industry and life on a working farm.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to challenge yourself, have fun, and connect with your local farming community! Participants receive the opportunity to win door prizes at the event and a free Farm-Fit Challenge T-shirt when registered by September 15. For added fun, bring the family back in the afternoon for Heim’s Moo-tober Fest!

Learn, Explore & Celebrate at Moo-tober Fest!

Join us at Heim’s Hillcrest Dairy on Saturday, October 3, 2025 for an afternoon where learning meets fun! Mootober Fest is your family’s chance to discover where milk comes from, how dairy farms work, and why agriculture is so important—while enjoying a lively fall celebration.

Take a tram tour of the farm and see firsthand how cows are cared for.
Learn how technology is shaping farming with agriculture drone demonstrations (weather permitting).
Kids can roll up their sleeves with hands-on dairy education activities like making butter and their own ice cream!

2:00p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Modern Day Drifters Band.

Challenge yourself on Frank the mechanical bull, and let the kids explore the hay maze, bounce house, and games.

After learning about dairy, stick around to shop and eat from amazing local vendors and food trucks.
